Scope of our services
We provide commercial, brand partnership, media and event strategy services. We do not provide football agent services as defined by the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, we do not negotiate playing contracts or transfers, and we do not act as an athlete's representative in employment negotiations with a club, league or federation. We do not receive or hold sponsorship or endorsement payments on behalf of an athlete; brands contract and pay athletes directly.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Qatar Financial Centre, and the QFC courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
